Tutor2u offer a range of intensive one day revision and exam technique workshops in Birmingham. Subjects include Economics, Geography, Sociology, Psychology and Business. Sessions cost around £25 and are available in March and May. Follow the link for more information and booking.
Oxford University Summer Schools (UNIQ) is a series of subject-specific residentials offering access to Oxford tutors, the chance to stay in one of the colleges and learn how to make a strong university application. The UNIQ programme is large (over 1,000 Year 12 students per year). there are entry criteria, with more information available by following the link.
Birmingham University Summer School is a four day residential programme (Sunday18th - Wednesday 21st August) designed to introduce Year 12 students to university life and Higher Education. The programme is free, but there are entry criteria (which are very broad). Follow the link for more information.
Warwick University Summer School (run through the Sutton Trust) runs from Monday 29th July to Friday 2nd August and covers subjects including Computer Science, Biology, Philosophy, Politics & Economics (PPE), Sociology and Liberal Arts. Apply before Thursday 28th February by following the link.
