Admissions

Aylesford School Warwick is a thriving 4 – 19 comprehensive Academy Trust of approximately 1,200 students. We are a forward-thinking, ambitious and exciting learning environment. All our fundamental principles centre on the teaching and learning experience with students at the core of our work. We believe in academic rigour and the concept of improving on previous best. ENTRY YEAR ADMISSIONS

Entry years to the Aylesford School Warwick are Reception, Year 7 and Year 12. Applications for entry to Reception and Year 7 are administered by Warwickshire Admissions and further information can be found on the WCC School Admissions webpage. Applications for Year 12 are administered by the school and entry requirements can be found on our Sixth Form Zone

Planned Admission Number for Primary Phase is 30, and Secondary Phase is 206 

RECEPTION & YEAR 7 ENTRY (AFTER AUTUMN TERM) TO YEAR 11 - IN-YEAR ADMISSIONS

From November 2021 Aylesford School Warwick became its own Admission Authority for in-year admissions.  For entry beyond the first term of Reception and Year 7 (Autumn Term ending with the Christmas break) applying for a place should be made directly to the school.  Please complete the application form (which can be downloaded at the bottom of this page) and return by email to admissions@aylesfordschool.org.uk or post to: Admissions, Aylesford School Warwick, Tapping Way, Warwick, CV34 6XR.

Upon receipt of an application, the school will respond within 15 school days with an outcome.

Timescales Between Accepting a School Place and Starting School

Upon receiving an offer, please respond within 10 school days if you wish to accept or decline the offer.  Upon accepting an offer, the school expects the child to start school within 20 school days from when the offer has been accepted.  If you are moving to the priority area, please apply for a place in line with these time frames.  If you are unsure of a house move date, please apply once a move date has been established.
