A-level results collection - important information
Date: Thursday, 14th August 2025
Time: 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM
Venue: Library
Collection of Results
We look forward to welcoming students back to school to collect their A Level results. Students are invited to attend in person on the date and time specified above to receive their results.
On the day members of the senior leadership team, the head of sixth form, careers adviser and teaching staff will be available to offer support and guidance. They will be on hand to discuss results, provide advice and answer any questions regarding further education and training.
If you are unable to attend in person, you may choose one of the following options:
1. Collection by a Third Party
You may authorise another individual to collect your results on your behalf. The nominated person must present:
- A signed letter of authorisation from you
- Valid photographic identification
Results will not be released without both of these items.
2. Email Delivery
Results may be sent to the student's personal email address. This arrangement must be made in advance with the Examinations Officer by Friday 18th July. Please contact Mrs Morrison on morrison.c@aylesfordschool.org.uk
Students receiving results via email will be contacted after 10.30am
3. Postal Delivery
To receive your results by post, please provide the Examinations Officer with a self-addressed stamped envelope no later than Friday, 7th July 2023. Please ensure the correct postage is applied, particularly if using a large envelope.
Please note that we are unable to issue results over the telephone.
