On 15th November, staff, students, ex-students and parents from Aylesford School will be taking on the 10K Run Alton in support of Birmingham Children’s Hospital.
We’re already so proud to have raised £1,692 and we’d love to see how much further our community spirit can take us!

The children at Aylesford Primary were treated to a visit from three wonderful musicians from Orchestra of the Swan. Their visit included a fantastic workshop with Year 4 that was both educational and fun! 1/2
This week we were visited by the Guide Dogs to say a huge thank you to our sixth form students for raising £500 for the charity. It was a great way to celebrate the end of a very busy half term where our sixth form students have supported the primary school with Roald Dahl Day.
On Saturday 15th November 25 staff, students, ex-students and parents of Aylesford School are taking part in a charity event to support Birmingham Children's Hospital. The team will be completing the 10K race at Run Alton.
We have been fortunate to have a visit from Joanne Barnes who is the Director of Finance Production for Netflix UK. Joanne met with Year 13, 11 and 10 Media and Business students to discuss her career path and job role within Netflix. 1/2
Last week our very own Tilly P, Year 7, competed with the North Warwickshire Pony Club at the world-renowned ‘Horse of the Year Show’ (HOYS) Tilly was at the show all week, competing every day with her team. They came 5th overall, which is fantastic. 1/3
