We believe that every student deserves the tailored support they need to unlock their full potential.  We are seeking a motivated, empathetic, and resilient Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated Learning Support team.  In this role, you will work under the guidance of our Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo), SEND Manager and classroom teachers. You will support students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 to access the curriculum, build independent learning skills, and overcome barriers to education.
